Summer Theatre Registration

Registration for the Summer Theatre Program is open! Below is the registration form.

To save this file, right click it and select "Save Image As".

Choose a location on your computer to save it (e.x. Desktop).

Double click the file on your computer to open it.

Click "File" and then "Print" (or press Ctrl+P).

OR follow this link and copy-paste into a text document to fill out and print.

Once it has been filed out, you can bring it the the Theatre's side box office (facing the church) between 12:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. or you can bring it to the front desk of KSCS, which is open from 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.

It's going to be a great summer, and we will be announcing the names of the shows on this site soon!
